Rashidah Garrett-Hall APRN, A-GNP-BC, PMHNP-BC is a dedicated Adult-Geriatric, Psychiatric, and addiction medicine nurse practitioner with over 17 years of professional experience. She has proudly served as a community health nurse practitioner with VNA Health Group for many years.

Rashidah earned a diploma in nursing at Mountainside Hospital School of Nursing in Montclair, New Jersey, and an Associated degree in Nursing from Middlesex County College in Edison, New Jersey. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science from Monmouth University (BSN), before earning her Master of Science (MSN) in Nursing from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. She later returned to Chatham University to earn her Doctoral Degree in Nursing (DNP). Rashidah returned to Wilkes University where she earned a post-master’s certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

As the CEO and Clinical director of Wellness and Behavioral Solutions, Rashidah is responsible for implementing and evaluating day to day operations as it relates to patient care, monitoring patient’s responses to treatment, and documenting patient medical and psychiatric histories. Rashidah believes following the nursing model will allow her patient a successful future. She is experienced in assessing patient’s needs, early diagnosing, creating plan of care, implementing plan of care, and evaluation of patient outcomes. She believes in a collaborative approach to treatment.
